Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. We have a 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products, and the points below shows how we handle such returns. The policy below does not affect your statutory rights, and is in addition to the Consumer Contract Regulations.
- An unwanted product can be returned within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging.
- If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team.
- You cannot return unwanted items after 21 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.
- You must notify us, by either telephone or e-mail that you intend to return the products within 14 days of delivery, and we must then receive the products shortly after.
- The basic delivery charge will be refunded, however any additional premium delivery charges (i.e. Special Next-Day) will not be.
- We will refund within 14 days of receiving the products.
- We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
